The selection of rooms accommodate AGMs, conferences, board meetings, gala dinners, product launches, cocktail receptions and awards ceremonies for between 20 and 250 guests. ofessionalism to create the perfect venue.

We are also in the process of extending our conference centre and are currently constructing an additional 42 new units that will be available to book from early 2014.

If you want to run your org w/ fewer directors, you can just leave a few vacancies unfilled.
if you want more, you can look at your articles of incorporation and see if a specific cap is given. usually articles state "not fewer than three" which is usually the minimum for an NPO. articles usually do not give a cap and instead say "or as many and the board will from time to time determine are needed."
Next, look at the bylaws. this is were the upper limit is given. bylaws also give a clause stating how they may be changed. sometimes its 2/3 vote of the board, other times members get to ratify
